Smith & Nephew Acticoat Flex Antimicrobial Barrier Dressing

The Smith & Nephew Acticoat Flex Antimicrobial Barrier Dressing combines nanocrystalline silver (NCS) technology with a flexible, low-adherent layer to conform to body contours, delivering sustained antimicrobial action for up to 7 days. It is bactericidal in as little as 30 minutes, promoting faster healing times compared to standard treatments. Indicated for partial and full-thickness wounds such as burns, surgical sites, pressure ulcers, venous ulcers, and diabetic ulcers. May be used on infected wounds and as a wound contact layer in combination with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) for up to 3 days.
